Negotiations which are long-standing with Aktif Group concluded in 12 May 2008, the majority shares of Setaş Elektrik ve Makina San. ve Tic. A.Ş. assigned to Aktif Group management structure.

The aim of Aktif Group after this assign shares who displays an activity about Measuring, Protection, Synchronasation, Compansation, Automation, DC Switching and Rail system to strengthen market share by adding MV Switching elements and systems too.

All the financial activities of Setaş transfered to Aktif Group by this assign share too. In addition to financial development, shall be diversify on instituion, machine park, product line and quality systems. Company will continue its activity as Aktif Elektroteknik A.Ş. after this technological development.
